For a major player in the fashion & lifestyle retail, we are looking for a Digital Director based in Brussels
Ensuring the creation, implementation and management of digital business (Marketplace/omnicanal) in accordance with the company's strategy using the potential of modern online technologies and data. Ensuring onboarding of Market Place sellers. Ensuring the achievement of commercial and budgetary objectives by relying on its teams, granting in all circumstances an optimal communication to customers in accordance with the values.
EXAMPLES OF TASKS
Contribute to the growth of the company by converting traditional "analog" activities into digital activities.
Ensure the efficient working of all digital tools related to E-commerce in general and to the Market place and omnichannel in particular.
Ensure coherence and fluidity of communication between the Marketplace/Omnichannel department and all other departments.
Monitor the competitors
Implement brand strategies and effectively implement and manage campaigns across multiple online channels, ensuring continuity of the offline channel strategy.
Analyze and interpret local market data.
Evaluate current and future market trends
Generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic and seek growth opportunities
Creating the necessary synergies and partnerships both internally and externally
Train internal teams in the use of digital technologies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the coherence of the image
Analyze the different competitive markets
To ensure good relations with internal and external contacts.
Be exemplary in the correct application of internal tools and procedures.
Maintain constructive relations with social partners, internal and external partners and official bodies.
Ensuring compliance with the rules on legislation, internal regulations, order and staff safety
