Office Manager - Art & Design - Brussel

For our client, a well-known college of Art & Design located in Brussels, we are looking for a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT/Office Manager

The Management Assistant is responsible for the coordination of the school.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervision of the administrative back office of the college (programmes and
schedules, exams and juries planning, internal CRM management, internships
management, contact with teachers and students, etc.);

• International relations (New programme coordination, Workshop organization,
partnerships set-up);

• Events organization (Open days, College exhibition, Study Fairs, Team Buildings, Uptown
Design, ...) as well as organization of cultural activities and study trips;

• Day-to-day finances (Control and monitoring of invoices, statements and payments);

* some knowledge of communication tools is an additional asset:
Internal and external communication (SEA & SEO, Website management, CRM
management, community management, press relations), as well as coordination of our
suppliers in those fields;
